Wiped Out

Isabel has never just "crashed". I've heard of kids doing this, but not our little sassy lady. That is until the other day. I couldn't believe how quiet it got all of a sudden. So when I turned to look, this is what I saw. I didn't dare move her, for fear she wouldn't keep sleeping. The bad news was, she wet through her diaper, pants and the rug. For a surprise nap, I would clean it all up again.

Bel's Cows

I wanted to take a few pictures of Isabel's hair to show how long it is. She wanted me to take pictures of her cows. She's obsessed with her "brown cow" from Dr. Seuss, and her Wisconsin cow. She got the Wisconsin cow when we went home 2 summers ago at a pancake breakfast. She has to bring them to dinner, they get their own seat. She takes them when we leave the house, and when she goes to bed. Lately she must hold them when we are changing her too. It's the craziest thing ever. She never really connected to anything, but then around January it changed with her cows. She carries them by the tail, so you can imagine how gross those are starting to look.

We only have 31 days before Sophie will be here. These 3-D photos are amazing. The face is so clear. I guess the one good thing about being "high risk", is that I get a lot of new photos. I think she will have a ton of hair like Bel did. I can't wait to see if I'm right.

Sooooo Tired

I can't believe I'm going to admit this, but I sent Jerry on a date with some one else last night. That is how tired I am, and how uncomfortable I am. We had tickets to "A Chocolate Affair". It was going to be a great date night(even though I wouldn't be able to enjoy the wine). It was a chocolate, wine, liquor tasting. They even had music (an Elton John impersonator). I tried so hard to pump myself up all day. In the end I was beat, my back hurt, and I had a tooth ache. I couldn't fathom getting into dressy clothes and leaving the house. I told him to call one of his guy friends, but none could make it. So he turned to a good girlfriend of ours. He was super sweet, and brought me home a lot of sample desserts. They were yummy, even though all the sugar before bed kept me up late. I hope the next 4-5 weeks goes fast. I can't keep pimping my husband out. People will start to talk.

Hubby

I'm so very proud of Jerry. He just told me he was nominated again for D.O student of the year. He actually was nominated last year, but declined it. He had way too much on his plate with being on the Board of Nevada Osteopathic Medical Association, and being the student body president among other things. He has worked so hard. I'm so excited that in a few short months(15), he will finally get called Doctor! What a journey it has been. I'm glad to be apart of it.

P.S. This picture is from last weekend. We attended the Winter formal for Touro. Pregnant and all. I did get a few looks. I think they think my water is going to break at any moment.

Great mini vacation!

My sister came to visit, it was great to see her. I haven't seen her since April. We had a lot planned and only a few days to do it. So it was pretty fast paced, but I think for having a toddler and me being so big, we did a lot. We went to "Love" at the Mirage, had a spa night. We did a nice dinner out with some shopping. Of coarse we did some crafts. I wish it could have lasted longer.

Christmas dress

It was really hard to get a few pictures of her before church. I wanted to get a picture of her pretty dress. She's either really excited, or somber.
